Visit Our Workshop

Most of our clients prefer to visit the workshop before commissioning. There's something valuable about seeing the space where your piece will be created, meeting the artisan who'll make it, and feeling the materials in your hands.

Workshop Hours

We maintain a working studio, not a showroom. Our artisans are at their benches most days, which means visits happen around active projects.

Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome when we have capacity, but we can't guarantee an artisan will be available for in-depth conversations without advance notice.

Location

We're located in the Saint-Géry district, three blocks from the Bourse metro station. Street parking is limited. The Parking 58 garage on Rue du Marché au Charbon is a five-minute walk.

We respond to inquiries within two business days. If you're working with a specific deadline, mention it in your initial message so we can assess feasibility upfront.

What to Expect During a Visit

Workshop visits typically last thirty to forty-five minutes. You'll see artisans working, examine materials and finished pieces, and discuss your project with someone who can answer technical questions.

We keep a small selection of completed work on display, mostly pieces that were made as part of apprentice training or personal projects. Commission work goes directly to clients.

If you're interested in a specific craft, let us know when you schedule your visit. We'll make sure the relevant artisan is available and has time to show you their process.

For Complex Projects

Furniture commissions and large-scale textile work benefit from multiple conversations. We typically start with a brief initial meeting, then schedule a longer design session once you've had time to think through what you want.

For jewelry and smaller pieces, a single visit is usually sufficient to establish direction and begin the process.
